AicroStrategy is the first fully onchain DAT on [@base](https://x.com/base) inspired by MicroStrategy's treasury approach but our goal is clear: stack & loop as much Bitcoin (cbBTC) as possible.

**The Engine:**

Bond sales bring in USDC → the treasury uses it to acquire cbBTC → farms and loops it → and recycles yield into more cbBTC and market AiSTR buybacks, increasing value and NAV.

**The loop:** issue → accumulate → farm → buyback → repeat.

**The Flow:**

* Issuance: Users deposit USDC and receive Bond tokens with strike & maturity.
* Deployment: Treasury turns proceeds into cbBTC, routed through partnered strategies
* Settlement: At maturity, bonds convert to AiSTR if the strike is reached, or principal is returned if not.

**tldr**; You deposit USDC and receive Bonds, At maturity if strike price is hit covert to AiSTR, or receive your USDC back\

**Yield in Motion:**

Any realized yield doesn’t sit idle. It cycles back into:

Fresh cbBTC buys → boosting NAV and cashflow

AiSTR buybacks → reducing float and strengthening token value\

Bribes are given out to AiSTR pools on [Hydrex](https://www.hydrex.fi/vote?search=aistr). \
\
**The loop Compounds:** \
\
Raise → stack cbBTC → earn + loop → rebuy → stronger AiSTR → larger future raises.

**The Loop Effect:** \
\
Issuance grows the treasury → treasury farms/hedges/Bribes → yield fuels cbBTC buys + AiSTR buybacks → float tightens → NAV expands → new issuance possible.

More cbBTC → more yield → more cbBTC → more AiSTR buybacks\

**Why It Matters:**

MicroStrategy showed the world how bonds can feed a Bitcoin loop. Each conversion powered more BTC accumulation and stronger momentum.

AicroStrategy takes that same logic onchain.
