Introduction

AicroStrategy is an advanced DAT (Digital Asset Treasury) designed to maximize Bitcoin exposure through the use of convertible bonds. Built on Base, AicroStrategy introduces an innovative approach to capital raising, leveraging assets to increase BTC holdings and drive increased utility of cbBTC.

The protocol is designed to replicate a decentralized version of Michael Saylor’s Bitcoin accumulation strategy. Funds are raised through the issuance of convertible bonds, which are subsequently deployed to acquire BTC.
