# AicroStrategy

## Introduction

AicroStrategy is an advanced **DAT** **(Digital Asset Treasury)** designed to maximize Bitcoin exposure through the use of **convertible bonds.** Built on Base, AicroStrategy introduces an innovative approach to **capital raising,** leveraging assets to increase BTC holdings and drive increased utility of cbBTC.

The protocol is designed to replicate a decentralized version of **Michael Saylor’s Bitcoin accumulation strategy.** Funds are raised through the issuance of **convertible bonds,** which are subsequently deployed to acquire BTC. What differentiates AicroStrategy is its ability to dynamically adjust leverage and optimize risk exposure based on real-time market conditions by using **AI-driven analytics to fine-tune leverage ratios and risk management**.
